An Inspirational Story

Once there was a farmer who had a very negative outlook and who was always cursing God. His neighbors wondered how they could change his attitude, how they could make him a better person, but they were never able to succeed. It was like trying to turn a crow white or trying to make a donkey look like a peacock.

Finally, one year there was a great potato harvest. All the neighbors said, “Ah! This time Mr. Negative must be pleased with God. Let's go see how he feels about this.” In a group, they went to his farm and said to the farmer, “Hey! How about the fabulous potato harvest? Aren't you going to finally thank God for His blessings?”

But the farmer was still depressed. With a very long face, he said, “What do you folks mean? God is so merciless and cruel that He didn't give me even one rotten potato! What am I going to feed my pigs?”

The neighbors just rolled their eyeballs.

Ya Drishti Sa Srishti “ The world is as you see it.”

If you have a negative outlook and dwell on it, sooner or later that is what you become.

And if you have a positive attitude, sooner or later that is what you become. You become filled with a positive attitude, sooner or later that is what you become. You become filled with positive feelings, and everyone who comes to you will get a positive feeling, never a negative feeling, from you.
